For all our custom frames we prefer to use the traditional brazing method to combine hand picked steel tubing to create a frame. For our more performance oriented bikes we bring in more state of the art methods to supplement and enhance the traditional elements of the manufacturing process.

SLS additive manufacturing allows us to create super stiff Bottom Bracket clusters for the sprinters out there, whilst a layered sheathing of CFRP on the chainstays helps stiffen up the rear end to solidify the cornering without negatively impacting the smooth ride quality inherent in steel frames. Ultimately whatever you want from your frame, chances are we can find a way to do it
